Deleting your data
You can delete your ScaleLounge account and everything it holds at any time. Here is exactly how, and exactly what gets removed.
Delete your account yourself
Sign in at scalelounge.com/login, open your profile menu (top right), choose Profile, then Close my account and type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account, your saved and generated content, your uploaded files and your brand details. It cannot be undone.
Or ask us to do it
Email katie@scalelounge.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Connected social accounts (Facebook, Instagram and others)
If you connected a social account to ScaleLounge, you can remove that connection on its own without deleting your account: in your portal, open the connection and choose Disconnect. We revoke our authorization with the platform where supported and delete the stored access credentials immediately. You can also remove ScaleLounge from your account on the platform's side (for Facebook and Instagram: Settings, then Business integrations), which has the same effect. Deleting your whole account removes all social connections and their credentials as part of the deletion.
What we keep
Records we are legally required to retain, such as invoices for payments you made, are kept for the legally required period only. Everything else goes.
