What does the 90-day initial partnership mean?
Marketing takes a quarter to show anything honest, and campaign work more than most, so the first commitment is three months, then it runs month to month. Changing or ending the plan is an email to katie@scalelounge.com. Six months or longer is priced differently, so it is worth asking about.
Is Scale just more of Growth?
The volume roughly doubles, but that is not the difference that matters. Growth builds the audience. Scale adds the email, the follow-up and the conversion work that turn attention into something you can count.
What counts as a campaign?
Anything with a beginning and an end: a launch, an event, an enrollment window, a seasonal offer. The content, the emails and the follow-up for it get planned together rather than separately.
Do you need my passwords?
