What does the 90-day initial partnership mean?
Marketing takes a quarter to show anything honest, so the first commitment is three months, then it runs month to month. Moving up a plan happens in your portal and takes effect immediately; changing or ending the plan is an email to katie@scalelounge.com. Six months or longer is priced differently, so it is worth asking about.
Who approves what goes out?
You do. Everything lands in your workspace first, and nothing publishes until you have said yes. Approving in weekly batches works too.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You add ScaleLounge through each platform's own delegated access, which you can revoke yourself whenever you want. Passwords never change hands.
Is AI doing my marketing?
AI speeds up execution, and everything is reviewed before it reaches you. Strategy, judgment and quality control stay human, and that is what you are paying for.
Is AI Visibility included?
